This hotel complex, situated in a picturesque corner of Southern Bohemia in the recreational area of Lipno reservoir, is designed to operate all year round. It has 12 completely furnished two-bedroom villas with a capacity of 5-6 beds, a living room with a TV and telephone, a kitchen unit and fridge, sanitary facilities, and a terrace with a view of the lake. The hotel offers 16 double rooms equipped with a bathroom/WC, TV/SAT and telephone.

The main building has audiovisual and computer technology making it suitable for conference and training events. Those who wish to make active use of their leisure time can avail themselves of a hire service for fishing punts and mountain bikes, two tennis courts and a multipurpose playing area with a LANO WIMBLEDON artificial grass surface, which operates non-stop.
